newbies looking at home ownership?
Posted by admin in sydney property rent on 09 30th, 2010I was wondering since the economy is moving so fast and it’s scary at times to know what to expect especially some one who has the deposit fee bun not the understanding to how it all works
Lets say i search for a house/flat/ect what are the things must i look out for.
after researching Sydney is the priciest but what are the reasons that turn people off home owning as i recently heard that the majority of Australians between 20 35 are now deciding to rent in private market as the economy just goes up and UP.
So what should i do, do they evaluate for work prospects to see if you can pay the property off. or am i obligated to go to a bank and draw a huge amount out as a loan.
I’m confused is placing a deposit on a house a way to hold the house while you rush off to the bank or is it a way to actually pay off the house.
